What makes A 1 Hour Session?
- 3 min Shoot Around
- 3 min COACH WARM
- UP/STRETCH
- 10 min layup right/left
- 2 min foul shots between
- 10 min ball handling
- 2 min foul shots between
- 10 min Footwork Drills
- 10 min Shooting
- 8 min Game Time
- 2 min Cool Down/Final FOULS
