Cancellation policy
& No Show Policy

We respect your time and we know you respect ours. We are a small business focused on our clients and reaching their goals. With that being said our space and sessions are limited.

Getting all of our clients in requires a cancellation/no show policy. We ask that our clients cancel at least 12 hours before their session without penalty to ensure we can get another player(s) in that slot.

All cancellations should be made on our app, Gloflox. Late cancellations/no shows will loose their class – this applies to all courses and drop ins.

All of our sessions are six weeks in length. Purchasing this course (clinic) you acknowledge that the cost is a one time payment without refund of missed classes. The course (clinic) total cost is approximately a class less if you purchase single classes.

We do not discount individual sessions. This applies to 30 min and 60 min private training.

Drop in classes will be fully refunded if the client cancels within the 12 hour window of scheduled class.
